## ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

## RETURNS

We accept returns only for eligible items under the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

## NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
