## ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

## SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and fulfillment location.

Estimated delivery windows:

- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- customs inspections
- carrier delays
- weather conditions
- peak shipping seasons
- local postal disruptions
- international logistics delays

## TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is typically provided once the order has been processed and shipped.

Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

In some cases, tracking updates may temporarily pause while the package is in international transit or customs processing.

## MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Products may ship separately depending on warehouse availability and supplier logistics.

As a result:
- items from the same order may arrive at different times
- customers may receive multiple tracking numbers

## CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

BAREVO is not responsible for:
- customs delays
- import fees
- rejected packages due to unpaid customs charges

## INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided:
- we are not responsible for lost packages
- additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
- refunds may be denied for orders delivered to the address provided by the customer

## LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

BAREVO is not liable for:
- stolen packages
- packages lost after confirmed delivery
- delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

We may assist customers on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

## SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays may occur beyond our control.

BAREVO does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- carriers
- customs
- severe weather
- global logistics disruptions
- strikes
- transportation interruptions

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for automatic refunds.

## ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

## DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request must include:
- order number
- photos of the product
- photos of packaging
- description of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
